We're delighted with the development of the Spa & Kitchen at Scalesceugh . Inspired by Nordic-culture, which places a great importance on looking after one's health and wellness and where spa visits are seen as key element of everyday life rather than a luxury,
The Spa offers a truly unique experience for our residents and the wider public.
Located on our estate, looking out onto our lawns and the adjoining Wreay Woods, visitors can have the chance to relax and unwind in beautifully peaceful, natural surroundings.

A perfect spot to detox and focus on you
Our main Spa building will play host to a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and rasul on the lower level, offering a delightful space to relax and focus on your mind, body and soul.
Our lawns will provide a refreshing space to host various outdoor classes and activities in the better weather, from yoga and Tai Chi, to higher pace fitness workouts.
There will also be the opportunity to indulge in various treatments from facials to massages in our dedicated woodland treatment rooms.
Catch up over coffee & brunch at our bistro
On the upper level of our Spa we will have a bistro, providing the perfect space to refuel after a fitness class, enjoy a delicious brunch as part of a Spa day, or catch up with friends or neighbours over a coffee.
And during the warmer weather, visitors will have the chance to sit back and relax on the terrace where they can enjoy listening to the chirping birds in the nearby woodlands.
Helpful services & support when you need it
We understand you may need assistance daily, weekly or from time to time, so we can help in arranging various services to suit your changing needs.
It could be a helping hand with household tasks such as cleaning and ironing, shopping for your groceries or collecting a prescription, or even walking your dog.
What's more, if you require any care services such as washing, dressing, medication assistance and live-in, sleep-in or night care, these can also be arranged through specialised organisations with high CQC standards.
All of our properties also have the option of having a call alarm system which is connected to a 24-hour support system for your peace of mind. This will allow you access to experienced staff to assist in an emergency.
