Our aim at Scalesceugh is to enable our residents to enjoy a stress-free retirement. When you make the move to one of our villas, you can take advantage of a variety of services and benefits that are all included within a monthly service charge fee.
Our fee charges ensure that all the costs of running our development are met. This includes ongoing costs such as maintaining the estate and grounds, window cleaning and a Services Manager*, as well as fees associated with managing and operating the residents' management company.
*A Services Manager will be employed from February 2021, resulting in a slight increase in our service charge costs. See Costs and Charges within our FAQs section or contact us to find out more.
