Our aim at Scalesceugh is to enable our residents to enjoy a stress-free retirement. When you make the move to one of our villas, you can take advantage of a variety of services and benefits that are all included within a monthly service charge fee, whilst also benefiting from a freehold property.

Our fee charges ensure that all the costs of running our development are met. This includes ongoing costs such as maintaining the estate and grounds, window cleaning and a Services Manager, as well as fees associated with managing and operating the residents' management company.

Arrange a Viewing

In line with Government guidelines, our sales office remains open during the current lockdown to offer save viewings. In order to adhere to social distancing measures and ensure the safety of our visitors and staff, our viewings are by appointment only with a maximum of two visitors per appointment.
