Eden Baroque are Michael Sanderson (baritone and baroque violin) and Katharine May (harpsichord) from Eden Valley Music.
The Scalesceugh Hall programme will include Italian, French and German Christmas music from 16th -18th centuries, such as Tu scendi dalle stelle, Il est ne le divin enfant, Noel nouvelet! and In Dulci Jubilo.
There will also be some lovely English traditional music, such as Coventry Carol, There Is No Rose, plus some folk tunes.
Michael and Katharine will finish with the amazing aria from Bach's Christmas Oratorio, Grosser Herr. plus Winter from Vivaldi's Four Seasons, interspersing the music with Christmas readings.
To complement the festive music from times past, mulled wine and warm mince pies will be served, included in the cost of a ticket.
